Pound Hill Pounders Key progression made!

Pound Hill Pounders is all about making progression, and the results speak for themselves. The previous Couch to 5K wave 3 have smashed it.

From going from joining in with the main session’s Hills work, to smashing their own personal goals on the Tilgate Park run, all in amazing times!!
