Pound Hill Pounders is a Crawley running club established in 2021 to help people of all running abilities to get out there, smash their personal goals, and have a great time doing it.

We are a local, supportive running group primarily based in Gratton’s Park, Crawley. To keep things interesting, we also run from various locations in Crawley and the surrounding areas such as Tilgate Park, Southgate Park and Cowdray Forest.

Mondays and Wednesdays are our normal club nights starting at 18:30. Depending on numbers we normally run the following paced groups:

  1. Walking group
  2. Couch to 5K group
  3. Cruisers-paced group
  4. Three Social-paced Running groups
  5. Intermediate-paced running (10-12 min/mile – 6:15-7:30km pace)
  6. Advanced-paced running

We welcome buggy running within groups
